What's Included In Our Title Search Reports

After a thorough search and examination of the property, you will be provided with an easy to read, summary report that outlines what open mortgages, liens and judgments currently encumber the property. All of our reports include the following information:

• Current owner of the property, the full legal description and open mortgages on the property.
  
  
• Any of the mortgage's assignments and modifications.
  
  
• Any judgments or liens that attach to the property. These judgments can include personal money judgments against a current or previous owner of the property that attach to the property.
  
  
• Full document copies of all of the mortgages, judgments and liens, in electronic PDF format.
  
  
• Any lis pendens and foreclosures of the property and a copy of the corresponding court docket so that you can see the current status of the cases.
  
  
• Property tax information from the last three years, as well as property appraiser values from the last year.
  
  

Depending on the type of report you order, your report will include all of this information either for one owner back (O&E Report) or for the last thirty years (Full Title Search Report).
